Spindle motor features:
1. The bearing adopts high-speed angular contact bearings

3. The outer shell of the electric spindle adopts liquid circulation cooling to reduce the heating and temperature rise caused by high-speed rotation.

Maintenance:
1. The rated voltage and frequency of the intermediate frequency power supply connected to the electric spindle should match the parameters of the electric spindle. The speed of the electric spindle can be adjusted by changing the frequency, and the voltage also changes proportionally.
2. During use, avoid external collision between the end of the electric spindle shaft and the workpiece.
3. Used electric spindles should not be used temporarily. Compressed air should be used to blow clean the coolant in the water pipe to prevent rust and blockage of small holes. Anti rust oil should be applied outside, and the shaft end should be protected by a protective device and stored in a dry place.
4. Try to minimize idle operation and check the inlet and outlet cooling water before starting up.
Rotate the spindle by hand before use. If there is any feeling of component inflexibility, troubleshoot and check the direction of spindle rotation. The spindle should rotate clockwise when it is vertical. If it does not comply, the wiring of the frequency converter should be changed to comply. The coolant used for grinding workpieces should not leak onto the end cover of the electric spindle to prevent water from entering the gap of the end cover bearing cover and damaging the spindle and bearings.
